So, my question is. What are some good champs, that can afford to build full lifesteal without completely falling (and can't get up) into the trash can that is 0/15/4?

I mean, usually people with the highest attack speed benefit from lifesteal greatly, so you can add in most marksman champs as well.

No matter how much lifesteal you have, if the enemy team has a lot of hard CC you won't be able to use it to it's potential. Let's not forget grievous wounds.
In other situations it could work but it's up to you if you think it's a smart move.
But if you just wanna know which champ?
Any bruiser will work more or less.

are the only life-steal items which are commonly built by ADCs.

are very situational also but usually can be swapped out for another item if they are not needed. but for non ADC champions, I would say 
are pretty good with lifesteal focused builds. They might not be their ideal build, but they can usually make it work. Basically any AA based melee champ (preferably AD focused too) can work a full life steal build to some extent.

Once upon a time when he was released, he was actually a really well put together life steal "tank" which was his original design, but champions like master YI far out life steal aatrox
The simple fact is aatrox is an attack speed based champion who is forced to build highly defenssive because his kit makes no fucking sense anymore
His passive change hurts him so much
His Q still not having "unstoppable" attached to it cripples him
His ult is really retarded... and i mean REALLY retarded
so no... aatrox is not a good life steal champ

can be particularly strong. Illaoi in particular can build almost full tank, get maybe one offensive item to supplement her sustain and just wreck shop. And the more people all-in her, the stronger she is. You might like her.
