farming keystone?

Does anyone know if riot has considered a keystone mastery that's geared more towards farming than fighting? I'm thinking specifically one for in the jungle, mostly for sated junglers. Even if it was something as simple as lowering the camp respawn time time if you take it and increased move speed while in the jungle i feel like that would be huge. Thoughts?

I think that rift herald counting as dragon is a huge buff towards farming junglers. I would be interested in one that interacted better in lane though.

Sated junglers take fervor because the on hit damage is really powerful.

I would recommend that.
