Is Xayah Considered Balanced?

Genuine Question^. Reason im asking is because every game i play against or with her, im consecutively seeing her hit 70k to 80k damage. I dont feel like shes busted or anything, just snowballs super hard, but my team always talks about how she needs damage nerfs

champs do more damage when you let them poke you a lot.

Xayah is just strong against most teams because many teams are very passive even when playing aggressive team comps and champions because they don't know what theyre oding.

Too early to tell for sure but she'll probably recieve small nerfs at first.

From what I've played of her, a lot of her damage comes from people not paying attention/not expecting it.

i dont think her place is even in the botlane, she is just so strong that she wins in the botlane as well. Her ult gives a midlaner vibe. Maybe im just overestimating her,but she has a root in her kit and her ult gives her the ability to counter most assasins/champions with burst damage. Her kit seems pretty complete, giving her the ability to lane without a support unlike other adcs who cant go mid and be as succesfull.

I feel like a lot of xayah (and rakan to a lesser extent) related stuff is related to people in general not knowing how to play around them as players are beginning to get good at playing as them.

In xayahs case, a huge amount of her damage/burst comes from her e, which in principle people can mostly avoid if they kept careful track of her feathers and side stepped when chasing, since if xayah kites well and someone isn't chasing while including lateral movement, they will likely be blown up.

Not to say they aren't OP, but it's still a bit early to be sure.
