Add friends to your Team Builder that are already queued up for the Position and Role?

I love Team Builder, and I have one way that makes flow a bit easier for friends that already queued up before you start searching for teammates. I've started groups in Team Builder and then realized a friend was already in queue. That person would have to back out and then allow me to invite them.** I'd like to add friends already in queue to my team as I'm setting up.**

Attached is a quick mock up I made that supports this. Below you'll see that I'm getting ready to set up a team. I see my friend, Baconhawk, is already in Team Builder queue as a Support. In my mock up, I'm able to invite her and pull her to my team. Flow for her would be similar - Baconhawk would then be pulled into my setup screen after accepting.

One thing about this setup is that it pulls a friend out of queue, so... that's one risk of this particular feature. I would expect that the friend receiving the invitation knows this before accepting the invitation. This also allows the invited player(s) from your friend list to opt-in to a group before the team enters the search.

This feature also yields some other functionality. Using my example: If already in queue, Baconhawk might see that I'm setting up a group. As soon as I hit search (and as long as she's still in queue) she would see that I started a group. She could opt to join my team and initiate the same flow I described above.

Bonus screen: In the setup screen, it would be nice to have clearer iconography once you select a Role. This makes roles easier to read at a glance on screen. I've mocked up how I picture it.

Also would like the ability to change slots you are looking for. For example, I've seen team captains who leave bot selects as Marksman and Any Role (to catch supports AND Tanks), then immediately regret their decision as the Any Role slot just keeps picking up other Marksmen. If captains had the ability to change that from Any Role to Support without having to close the entire room, that'd be nice.

I hate Team Builder personally, but I've played enough of it to know this would be a valued feature.

Might I suggest something better? The few times I've played Team Builder, there have been times when all positions but Jungle is filled, then my Jungle Main friend gets on. Naturally, I want to invite him, but we've already hit the "Find Solo Players"button. It'd be nice if I could pull them into the team without dispanding the random people that have been found.
