Compensation from /remake for team with all the members.

Is it just me or do people feel that way too? I have been on the team with all members than on the team with a missing teammate. I find it absolutely irritating that I have to go through long queues, draft seriously, sit through loading screen, and still play the first 3minutes legitimately just to have it all instantly denied and not get any form of compensation. I can understand that people don't deserve to have automatic losses just because they're a man down, but what do the team that successfully connected get out of the remake other than a massive waste of time?
