Hey!
I was wondering how spell vamp works with champion abilities, specifically 
's E, 
's passive on his e, and 
's e. I know that spell vamp doesn't work with on hit item effects, but I was wondering if it works with on hit champion effects. Does anyone know?

Spell vamps works anytime a spell does damage. Those are on hit effects, which do not proc spell vamp.
I believe it has to be Magic Dmg to proc spell Vamp and Physical to proc Life Steal

Lifesteal works ONLY on autoattacks and specific spells that act as autoattacks.
Spellvamp works on spells. All spells.
