Qiyana
I cannot use the champion Qiyana, but I already have a mastery level of 3 and it is very odd to me why I cannot use the very fashionable champion.

Sona Ping2 votesBecause the fashionable Qiyana spends time at the salon instead of the gym so her combat capability is lacking.
Illabethe1 votesExcept it's not. Her win rate is climbing mostly on its own as people gain experience. No real buffs/reworks yet at all, and she's all the way up from 33% to 45%.
P.S. she has INSANE outplay potential. You do not have to hit a champion to kill with her ult, or set up kills..... Try ulting a wall by someone who is chasing you after you round a corner. be ready to all in afterward, and guaranteed kill.
