Every champion is like that ... that doesn’t mean they should have 45% winrate

yea i agree, its a really selfish to want a champion to be in the dumpster just because you don't wana learn to play against them when they are at the very least decent.

I think is you look at the number of novice users, that explains the drop... He's still quite strong in experienced hands.

Nah man ... i think he really needs his VGU because buffing him doesnt seem like a good idea ... he can be op or trash and that’s really bad for a champ..

He does simply need a VGU; his kit is the outdated kind that relies solely on stats and minimally on mechanics. Meaning when the numbers are high enough to be good, he's too easy to be fair. But when the numbers are low enough to be fair, he lacks the versatility to be played well.
