StoryDuck2 votesHe is new, has a unique play style, and very unique abilities. It'll take a few games before people figure out his strengths and weaknesses. Illiaoi had the same complaints but now...not so much. It has been the same for every new champion release and many revamped champions too. Give it a few more games and you will probably figure out a strategy for fighting him. He is very immobile, I would recommend abusing that with some strong engage.

StoryDuck1 votesMy point is that everyone freaks out after 1 day of a champions release. It is quite possible that Jhin's AD conversion is too high, that is an easy fix though. However, I don't think it is time to panic 1 day after release.

StoryDuck1 votesCurrently, I'm more worried about Xin buffs. Those video's of soloing baron/towers/teams is scary. Jhin on the other hand is likely just over tuned with his AD conversions but that is an easy fix.
