Jhin is Broken.

He is new, has a unique play style, and very unique abilities. It'll take a few games before people figure out his strengths and weaknesses. Illiaoi had the same complaints but now...not so much. It has been the same for every new champion release and many revamped champions too. Give it a few more games and you will probably figure out a strategy for fighting him. He is very immobile, I would recommend abusing that with some strong engage.

Of course not he is underpowered (sarcasm) don't need to state the obvious brah.

If you get close to him he can't get away without burning flash. His weakness is getting to him but that's also the hard part with the cc he has.
