Ps I tested this on singed(I like this item on singed but now it's useless on him)

Tear of the goddess gives awfull mana regen now with the new 4.20 patch making it very hard to get it stacked and champions ussally get it to fix their early game problems but now it only grants 2 mana regen at level 1 and finally goes up FULL mana point at level 6-7 I didn't test tell level 18 but seeing as it stayed at 3 mana regen per 5 at level 11 it its going to be around 4 mana regen at LEVEL 18. That is awfull and is a major nerf to champions like urgot who relies on tear of the goddess to survive his high mana cost and when he upgrades to manamune it still only grants 4 mana regen at level 18

I don't understand how Riot can justify lowering the mana regen of the Tear to being the same as a Faeire Charm while simultaneously increasing the cost. I understand the idea of it being a late game item. But this is horse crap.

huge nerf to jayce and blue build ezreal for sure. 25% base mana regen looks incredibly low sitting next to other mana items.

Yeah, that's kind of the point. Both Tear and Chalice were nerfed into the ground early on because Riot wants the decision of building them to be "this is an investment for lategame, not something that gives decent return right now" like Codex or Blasting Wand.

and there are way better anti carries (wu kong and rammus?) My original point b4 my urgot rant was that i liek the direction Riot took fro people having to mind the manas now (mind their manners....get it...no...f&$) excpet for these two cases where it terribly cripples an already underwhelming champion. Befor ethis a buff could've waited it just seem more important to fix him now.

i wasn't trying to argue hi viability i was just saying his range swap puts a carry in a bad spot but it puts him in a bad spot too, and his shield is almost not worth a dang because it doesn't scale with his build. I love playing him i am just saying he did need work before hand. I am not trying to ... now that i think of it i don't have a valid point anymore...you kind sir wins this one

Singed is screwed too but at least he is viable with mana. urgot was broken b4 this and now even more so...i could honestly see riot reducing his ad ratios and the radius of his rockets b4 he actually gets some love.
