Some people purposely troll in your promos and try to trigger you. They don't care if they get banned since they'd just make a new account. Most of them are kids with no life so don't take it too personal and go next.
Sounds like NA. Bad games are teams fault always. Better Fortnite it and NEXT. Just write them off. Play because you enjoy it and don't let promos stress you out. Treat them like any other game.
Tag the toxic folks with a report and don't get baited into flaming them.
