List of ADC Problems

Prologue: If you're gonna pull a TL;DR, at least read the mistakes.

Hey, My name is Endless. I am an ADC (preferably Jinx ) main. The last couple of patches (including the patch that reworked the item 3031 ) ADC's that rely on thier auto attacks for DPS have just went straight to the trash can. I was disappointed at the changes you made, And I wanna point out the few things of whats wrong, and how to change it so it will make alot of people like me happier.

  1. Infinity Edge item 3031 I like how you went with this, but it doesn't work with most adc's anymore. The old Infinity Edge was nice, so i wanna bring a little of it back. The stats you should get is 70-80 Attack Damage and 20 Crit Chance, and the passive should be that you do 10% bonus true damage if you crit, removing getting double crit chance.

  2. Stormrazor item 3095 I, again, like the way you made this item, but its passive isn't that great. Since you have to wait for another auto to charge, you can't auto or it breaks the charge. This makes it not useful for team fights. So make it that it charges after 2.5 seconds without the auto timer. You should also have it deal 65% crit (basing of a normal crit being 100%).

  3. Zeal Items (including Zeal itself) item 3086 The Zeal items was the worse thing to ever have happen to ADCs. Zeal items are the #1 items that made ADCs, ADCs. Because the cs gold income decreased drastically early game, and then the zeals have cost increased, it made it so that ADCs would have a hard time early-mid game. I gotten my zeal item before at best 8 mins in. Now, at best it was 13 mins. Keep in mind, you have to build damage early too to stay balanced, so there's no point in NOT having this changed. The costs for ALL zeals should be brought back down to 2600 gold, and the zeal should go to 1200 gold. It's best if we had those costs back.

Now, these things I pointed out was only to help riot make ADCs become balanced again. Nothing derogatory. BUT, the changes I said are all SUGGESTIONS. I don't know how to truly made the items balanced, but I'm sure you'll balance it if you decide to listen. Thanks guys, Bye!

List of ADC Problems

ADC players

not talking about you specifically, but about what i generally see

Your insanely hypocritical, You get really offended when People say its mainly the ahri players not ahri and then you go and and say its adc players faults its assasian mains faults

Try not to be a hypocrite

i never said they are bad,i'm talking about the fact that many of them expect to play a role more important than others (aka solo carrying every game) and want people don't oneshot them when at 30 min they still didn't get any defensive item

just don't stand still like a turret when you AA and learn to not to disrespect your enemies,it's not their skills the problem but their attitude, which in ahri mains case i ALWAYS pointed out how shitty it was from some like ahris

So first off the whole reason they increased the costs of ADC items, and then immediately reverted it because riot circlejerks for adcs over any other class, was because they had one of the cheapest item build paths in the game of the 5 roles which was unfair because of how impactful their items were. And they still are alot cheaper than bruiser mage builds.

Real Problems with ADCs:

You complain too much, the world does not revolve around you, alot of you don't appreciate your supports, you're acting like toddlers trying to cry Mages and Bruisers out of Bot lane because THATS MY LANE!! MINE!! (You have "nowhere else to go")

None of this is directed towards you I'm just tired of RIOT rushing to the complaints of Bot lane, but when any other role complains its "lets wait and see" or they do nothing for months - years

  1. Storm razor is NOT a marksman item. Stop. Claiming. It.
  2. Infinity edge does comparable damage to the old IE.

Marksman are in a balanced position. The problem is that marksmen mains are incredibly slow to adjust to non-buff changes to their itemization; It created the power vaccuum we saw with bruiser bot (which is out and over with a month later, by the way), and has led to the viability of all-in mages and battle mages in the bot lane.

Variety isnt a bad thing, and marksmen arent even in a bad place. Its simply a DIFFERENT place than it was before. Further, stop buying storm razor, for frags sake. It is an AWFUL item on marksmen that you should ONLY buy when ahead to maintain your lead. The only reason people picked it up in the first place is because "well riot nerfed things so compensation buffs" - The item was not meant to compensate marksmen, it was meant to compensate assassins who lost their finishing crit with the IE change.

  1. Stormrazer was fully intended to be an ADC item. Everything that Riot has released about it has said that.

  2. Besides Shaco and maybe Rengar, what assassin built crit?

Just about every assassin finished their build with item 3031 item 3087 if they were AD - shaco, zed, talon, AD fizz, kha'zix (when he wasnt going bruiser).

And... what has riot said about the item contextually to make it seem like its fully intended for marksmen, when it synergizes best with assassins, and fills the void left by IE as a stable crit item?.

This one? item 3147 item 3142 item 1001 situational (often item 3814 or item 1412 ), finished by item 3087 item 3031 used to be the major assassin build, as crit was just the cherry on top. Some assassins opted for bruiser items, like talon and kha'zix, but they were outliers.

Storm razor was added so assassins, who lost a good deal of burst with the new IE, would have a replacement item. Its why the item works SO well on them and not marksmen, unless that marksman is an assassin or caster such as Quinn, graves, draven (he goes for alpha damage, outlier but he still uses it well), Jhin, and corki. Hell... That fact its a burst item already signals its not meant for marksmen exclusively...

in what world does lethality = crit... sorry but NO ASSASSIN built crit before at all. Give me an actual example instead of "oh here is this build that nobody built except me more than likely"

I have watched pro games, high elo games and played in low elo games since i'm a Silver scrub and no assassin ever built crit in any of those games. I will say it again, LETHALITY is not CRIT

... No, it isnt. Why are you trying to say it is? Assassins finished their builds, if they didnt go bruiser, with IE and shiv because it was additional burst damage that fit their role.
Storm razor is the replacement for that burst damage, in much more balanced and reliable form too.

_Just because its a crit item doesnt automagically make it a marksman item _- marksmen, by the way, are generally defined by attacking quickly with appreciable amounts of AD. They scale with three stats, not just one like most other classes do. I keep saying this but... Storm razor is not meant for general marksmen. Marksmen are generally meant to build attack speed, AD, and crit so they have sustained damage. DPS. Storm razor actively reduces DPS in favor of a short window of burst damage; thats not something most marksmen want.

please tell me where are these fabled assassins that actually build crit. NOBODY built it, so unless you actually start showing me assassins who used to build crit before and I don't mean "here is some random build!" I mean actual proof with actual non troll players in it and that is not just the random one game or "this is what this guy does" you can come and say "assassins built crit before"... they didn't. I don't care about stormrazor, I don't care about what assassins build today (they still don't build crit at all since stormrazor gives ZERO crit)

This is fantastically stupid and we’re all dumber for having read it. Assassins will build their own and usually GA deaths dance or maybe a LW to try and pop a bruiser if they’re ahead.

They don’t finish their builds with crit wtf.

It's just a buff to Professor Akali's nuclear build item 3147 item 3087 which works on any champ really (even AP ones). Now on top of that obscene burst on first auto, you get a free crit too. Hooray! The problem item here is imo, duskblade.

Any assassin can comfortably run it because these items give so much free damage (on top of their stats) that it's not even necessary to actually scale off those stats. And don't get me started on electrocute.

Reality: Adcs don't need any more buff or item changes. If your role is straight up the best in the late, by the fair margin, there's no reason why you shouldn't be weak in early-mid game. Also Tristana is being played in Korea now, in last 10 games in NA LCS 9 of them we're adc vs adc, one of best EU teams is playing adcs only. Adcs are just circlejerking by now, after 8.15 adcs are stronger than they should be tbh.
