Please remove guinsoo's rageblade from the game.

Enough is enough,

guinsoo's rageblade is a ridiculous item which is extremely cost effective and create a power-curve that can effectively zone away opponents from lanes.

With that being said, i don't think much thought was put into the items development, and i personally think this item needs to be re-looked into.

This is my opinion and i would like to hear feedback from the community.

I don't think it should be removed, honestly. It's a cool item and fun to use, it just needs to be nerfed kinda heavily, because it is pretty fucking strong right now.

Totally agree. Rageblade gives too much power to champions who rely on auto attacks for their damage. Auto attacks are undodgeable, it gives the opposing player very little opportunity to fight back and or defend against it.

It should just not give attack speed every stack (but still giving the other stats it currently gives), this would make the player forced to either play someone with good auto attack speed, or someone that can buff attack speed, or dedicate 1 or 2 other items in their build to being items that give attack speed.

It was always in the game. It just had item 3156 second passive. I always felt it was heavily under appreciated, but then I played kayle a lot at the time and she could actually use it, so...I might be biased.

Let's talk about oppressive death timers, erratic game pacing, useless towers, lack of vision, and dynamic queue premades vs. solo players before we talk about item 3124, which may be the easiest to fix but is far and away the least of our worries.

What's the point of Guinsoo's? Aoe wave clear? We have the hydra/hurricane,statik shiv to do the same thing. I never understood why they added that to Rageblade.

I think rageblade needs to be reworked and removed.

A stacking auto attack item will just never be balanced in League. If it's good, champions who can stack it extremely quickly like MasterYi Jax XinZhao etc. will abuse the hell out of it while it won't see much use from anyone else.

Riot's patch changes show us that they sincerely think they are so close to a balanced environment that only tiny tweaks are needed. Meddler himself said it would be a few more patches before Rageblade is even addressed at all. Beyond that, we still have a massive tier of broken champs dominating every game:

And that's not even counting the fundamentally broken champs that are totally back burnered because of how atrocious actual balance is.

Since the Juggernaut patch, balance has been horrible. Since preseason, balance should have been handled like an emergency. Instead, they're balancing like they're a few tiny finishing touches away from perfection. How are they so oblivious?

My main gripe is that champions that use it can get on your face and are hard to get away from

The problem with rageblade imo is it focuses too much on raw stats and not stats that scale well into lategame. It gives AD, AP and attack speed in huge quantities, giving insane ugly powerspike for an item that won't scale very well with others and will be good as a only offensive item, or combined with gunblade or another off. item (botrk or malmortius for instance), but you go bruiser after.

I think it should be thought more of an item that authorises hybrid builds to scale into lategame, providing some stats such as both %arpen and %magicpen, in such a way that it is not worth for a pure AD or pure AP champion to use, but benefits hybrid users. And giving power budget in that kind of stat (that has little influence early on) would allow to nerf the raw stats (AS,AP,AD) heavily so it isn't a huge "ball of stats" that make you a monster as soon as you take the item.

We lost a game because they had a Jax who build item 3932 item 3124 & then nothing but tank. I could not kill him even when I was super feed. Even a pretty fed Nasus could not to a thing. He was just doing to much damage even with magic resist. How is that even fair? This item breaks some champs to a point it's not possible to counter back.

Maybe Guinsoo's just shouldn't build up by attacking minions? Perhaps reduce the maximum stacks necessary for the AoE, but make it only work against champions, monsters, and structures. Perhaps also reduce the sheer amount of attack speed and the damage on the AoE. Not by a huge amount, but just to make it manageable.

I say leave alone. The reason is with champs being nerfed or weak at some point this item might even the playing field. First you guys want champs nerfed now item's. What's left?

In my opinion the AS per charge should be lowered from 8% to 4% (at first i was considering 3%, but that might be a bit too much). this is a reduction of 30% at full charge. This way, if you want to keep its current dps you have to get another AS item (and there's no defensive AS item, except for Witt's end, which only offers mr).

another way to adress this item is to change how it offers it's ad and ap (in it's passive, not the base stats). Instead of being a flat amount, it could be a percentage amount of your current ad and ap. Something like 1-2% per charge. This will make getting offensive items more effective than going straight tank
