Bounty hunter
Can with get som riot clarification on the new bounty hunter mastery? Does it cap at 5% or does it keep going as long as you kill deferent person from the last person you killed?

No it wont keep going. 5% is the highest you can get when and if you kill every enemy at least once and assists dont count. You personally need to be credited the kill in order to trigger the bonus.
