Swain was the first champion that I truly enjoyed playing I racked up 1.3 Million MP on him to this date. His old kit was unique but never the less broken in certain stages of the game. I understand the reasons Riot decided to rework his kit and found it quite enjoyable until players started bringing him bot lane. The problem is his kit fits quite well for the bot lane by locking down the less mobile adc's and inevitably kill them when they went up to farm. As a result Riot nerfed his Ap Ratio, Armor Ratio, Magic Resist Ratio, and his Q was reverted to the original cd. It seems after these initial nerfs everyone seemed to forget about the Noxian Grand General as his play rate dwindles more and more each patch. I understand why Riot doesn't buff him the same influx of ADC mains would hit the forms again demanding nerfs or asking for tips on how to play against him. The reality of his current state is he has poor wave clear, lacks mana, and he gets bursted down so quickly his lukewarm ult doesn't have time to heal him enough to pop off on the opponents around him. As time went on I started to realize he's no longer the battle mage I once knew. Definitively, Swain is like Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers no matter how badly I want the 2009 Packers back it just won't happen.
