Language Preferences

Why not let people retain their language of preference when switching or migrating to their own regions? (i.e. NA--->LAN ENG) instead of forcing them to get a really bad dubbed version of the game, I think it would encourage people to go to the regions they belong to, seriously, have you heard Ahri in spanish? It´s like hearing the same porn clip over and over :S
