Ok many say shaco is ok but for shaco mains i think they understand what im saying...He must get at least less CDR in his Q ability...I hope you guys understand what im saying

I feel like they should buff either the duration of the q or the cooldown...nerfing both and then removing all base damage off of the ablity seems kind of excessive.

How about we DON'T buff champion with 53% win rates who's entirely purpose is to tilt other players.
