So I really like this item. I mean I REALLY like this item. I want to build it EVERY game but...Negatron Cloak? Oh it is killing me. I play Shen who I think makes great use of the item. Gives him MR and AR, which helps him when he gets thrown into a match with heavily mixed DMG team. The movespeed boost? LOVELY BABY, LOVELY. The health regen? Magnifico! But the negatron cloak is the crappiest part of building Zz'Rot's Portal. I need my Spectre's Cowl baby.

So here is my suggestion. Spectre's Cowl and Raptor's Cloak building into Zz'Rot Portal. Of course Spectre's Cowl gives health, so throw that in there for me too. The regen from Raptor's Cloak could be replaced by some health instead. That way players can go ahead and get a ruby crystal along with their cloth armor, mirroring the other half of the cloak. (Shen loves HP.)

Lemme know how this sounds? Do you guys have any thoughts on the item and if it should be changed? Do you think it is fine how it is? I want to hear what YOU have to say. =D

I love how we are making this more Shen friendly. I love Shen to but I doubt they would go for it.

Probably not. That would make Zz'rot give good MR, armor, and HP, along with HP regen and the void gate. The cost would have to be GREATLY increased for it giving literally every stat (except maybe cdr) a tank wants.
