Does playing partial placement matches on a fresh account affect your mmr for an upcoming season

Hey Slink··1 votes·262 views

I recently started playing on a new account for the new season, I played three placement matches and lost all three. I stopped playing because I wanted to know if those three games would affect my mmr for next season if I don't finish the placements in the pre season? Keep in mind the account has never been ranked before.

Yes, every game affects your MMR until you finish your first provisionals.
