Is world tokens over?

Emperor Rookie··1 votes·650 views

I was getting ready to grind for the Kai sai skin when I noticed that I wasn't getting any tokens. Why is that? It says that tokens expire the 3rd of December and I can't buy tokens anymore.

Can anyone give me some clues?

Thanks!
