Revert Anivia Q change

Hello, I've recently started playing anivia a lot, and the change threw me off a lot, as I had thought that my Q was bugged for the longest time, and then I realized that they changed in how the Q works, in which you walk till you can Q in the range, rather then just throwing the Q in the direction. This makes controlling anivia a lot harder so I request that you revert this change. I don't really have a problem with the stun indicator except i beleive the fringes of the indicator are actually outside the stun range.
