Really, 
need a nerf, he can go full tank and deal a lot of damage just running on the enemies taunting them for 3 hours and dont take damage, he can dive at level 4 and dont die, he is too fast, also if a team had a good deep vision Rammus is so fast that can do a gank in 2 sec. At lmid-lategame he can go alone 1 v 5 don take damage and can take at least one or two kills ALONE ! RIOT NERF RAMMUS NOW!
