IDEA: league that give teams more points if they win by playing less popular champions

As we have seen so many livestream matches, there is always similar champion combinations in most of them. For example, this season: nidalee, poppy , trundle, etc How about if there is a championship that give a team more points if the team win by using some less popular or less winrate champions as shown in some statistic website such as the below one. http://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/stats/by-winrate. For example, nunu , rumble ,etc

Well, that would depend on what people define as "popular champions."

Problem with that is that it punishes people who's favorite champ happens to be popular and champions are usually popular for a reason aside from the 4-5 champs that are FOTM of course.
