Cooldown on Taunt-Joke-Laugh and possibility to mute pings(also cooldown on them

classic game, jhin is free, feel like giving a try to it in normal, toxic support, "how can you play that bad you are so f terrible why am i supporting you(he said support and insta locked at game beginning)" so i just mute it, result. insane amount of pings for a 30 minutes long game.

another annoying part is enemy spamming laugh and jokes, there should be a cooldown to it (maybe 30-40 seconds) or i should be able to disable the taunt-joke sounds as well, playing against a teemo, lux, leblanc that spams laugh irritates me so much since i try to focus on the game. probably suggested but just wanted to point this huge problem i find in this game here. in dota there is a 300 second cooldown for in game talks u can hear (picking up power ups from river) etc
