What does the community think about Tristana in her current state?

Hello, I just want to hear different opinions regarding Tristana, a couple of questions and drum up some discussion. 1-Is she in a good state now? 2-Does she need any buffs or spell changes to make her stand out from the other adc's? I feel she sacrifices a little too much to have the niche of long range hyper carry with escape but others do a better job than her and spike earlier with a better laning. 3-What would be a good change to make here that would improve her chances of being picked at high elo? 4- Is the passive on her e on minions a big problem for wave control in high elos?

Love playing with her but sometimes I feel like picking her is dragging the team down and when I finally have my items other adcs are doing better. Would like to see more variety in the role too. Sadly, I think the role is too binary and either you pick the one with the most damage or the one with overbearing utility in that moment and that stifles the variety but is ingrained in the core and purpose of the role. What do you guys think?
