New Champion Leaked?

Sound files named "Ekko" have been brought up on Surrender@20, so I decided to do some research which led me to come across this curious set of pictures. That is NOT his model nor is it his ability indicators. His template is Ezreal, so that's why it looks like him. No word yet on Ekko's passive, but here you go.
