Problem with Rengar JG

Seriously guys im playing every single jgler pretty good and successful (like ww,lee,yi,evelyn,zac,jax,xin,gragas,kha and so on) but I CANT PLAY RENGAR for example i have evelyn lvl 2 and im playing jg (with her) like a skilled evelyn jgler and i have rengar lvl 5 (30k mastery points) since season 5 and now im getting tons of dmg from neutral monsters in jg i tried tanky runes,lots armor everything but nothing happens pls fix it..

Its because they gutted rengar with constant nerfs, hes not even a champion at this point

Just dont play rengar until they buff him, right now he is weak at the jungle.
