name one adc that can counter quinn, because for the life of me i haven't seen one that hasn't been able to not 2 shot me.

I've never lost to a Quinn that was sent bot lane and I'm an ADC main, so I've gone against it more often than most. However, she's almost never played bot anyways, since she's not an ADC.

Every ADC should be able to beat her in lane. You just need to know how to use your range and react to her animations. Or in Graves' case, just burst her faster.

Quinn bot lane isn't all that good. It's not necessarily the ADC's that counter her, it's a tiny bit of CC from supports that does.
