IF YOURE REMOVING DOUBLE TEAR REVERT THE NERFS TO EZREAL

It makes 0 sense you guys nerfed ezreals W and E that past few patches and then you take away double tear so now hes just useless, he was already a weak early game champ and is only in pro play so much because of his safety and lately ezreal priority has gone way down ever since crit changes and now hes just not a good pick period riot you might as well just remove the champion like delete him from the game he alrdy had a 45% win rate in soloq now he is a glorified cannon minion you need to stop letting bronze players balance this game, if youre gonna take away his power you should revert the nerfs you cause now he is just straight useless why did his W and E get nerfed and removed his true strength yet you dont revert those changes so he litterally cant be picked ever lol i dont get it might as well make it so he cant use triforce/iceborn gauntlet that way he has 0 item options lol what a joke

His W base stats needs to be buffed since he cant build ap anymore so now the W is useless also you should add back the damage to his E otherwise he will be useless and i his 45% winrate is gonna drop to 40% so great job riot really amazing job
