On-hit Neeko needs to end.
What is on-hit Neeko?
In case you've been living under a rock, someone came up with this new way of playing neeko. It abuses the fact that she has an empowered 3rd auto, and partially that her E root has been buffed. Basically, they take Press the Attack, build on-hit items like Nashor's Tooth
and Rageblade
and literally peel off your health bar with 3 autoattacks.
Why is this so effective? W Passive: Deals bonus damage (scaling with AP) on every 3rd attack. This makes Press the Attack very useful for her. In addition, she even gains Movement Speed after the 3rd attack so you can't really trade back to her.
E Root: Neeko's E root time has been massively buffed, and once she lands that on you, you will end up taking that extra autoattack damage.
Neeko really doesn't need to be another Vayne. Quite frankly, in one game Neeko's 3 autos did more damage than Vayne's 3 autos. It's very sad to see that a mage like neeko got turned into a complete autoattacker.
How to FIX?
- Remove her W's passive completely. This, I believe, is the most effective strategy. Better than nerfing E. Because this passive is what makes the on-hit build so good. She does NOT need extra autoattack damage because she is a mage and should rely on ABILITIES to deal damage. Plus she already has insane waveclear and CC.
Until Riot gets a brain and decides to fix this stupidity, I'll be permabanning Neeko >:)
