Dynamic Queue - Two Things I'd Love to See

So I've been playing a lot of the new dynamic queue, and I have to say I'm really enjoying it. It looks great, it feels good, and we can all get our 1st or 2nd preferred role. Good on you Riot. I know this might be a bit to ask, but I have two major problems with this otherwise good system.

First, I would like to be able to look at my pool of champions while everyone else is picking (I understand I am definitely not the first to say this). I don't really need to see the portraits of the champions being picked and just having around 40 seconds to decide on a different champion than the one I intended to play (should the need arise) feels very rushed.

Seconds, and this may be a bit to ask, but If possible, I would really like the option to request a "Role Change." In the event that my best champions for my currently placed role are banned, picked, or countered, I think it would be really nice to have a button that would tell my team, "Hey, I'd like a different role, would anyone else like to trade?" Now I know this has a lot of problems. It was just an idea.

I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on the matter.
