What mage should I buy?

Hi. I'm thinking this ^

zoe is broken and fun but permabanned in draft games

so i think veigar is decent mage and his cage is nightmare in teamfights and can stack his AP to one shot tanks/turrets late game

and not banned very often

Veigar is the most unfun, most cancerous thing in the game to play against. Shame on you for recommending him.

Orianna has been a solid midlaner for what 4 seasons now.
