why are profile banners only onlocked when you buy expensive skins riot should really add some and make it so we buy them just like we buy our summoners icons and maybe even make it so you get a champion banner when you achiever mastery 7 . just a thought i have.

With the new client you'll get a banner according to your frequently played champion.
