Screen Tearing since beginning of S5

Since the beginning of season 5 ive had some pretty bad issues with screen tearing. While playing the game i get black boxes and colored lines that sparatically appear all over the screen. Ive updated all of my drivers and even reset my catalyst control center settings. If someone has any info at all please help. My computer is also fairly new, 4~ months or so with no viruses.
