They used to let you block a player, and that player would be blocked the next time you played with them. They even removed that. They decided that it doesn't give a chance for you to have in game teamwork.

Sadly there is almost no use asking for this, because they don't want a feature like this.

It is not about them wanting, it is about players ( majority ) who wants it.

While I get your frustration this would just be majorly abused, "you stole my lane removed" "you have a champion I don't like removed" "I don't like your name removed" "we're a three man and we don't want to play with you removed." "I just feel like it removed" it would make it a nightmare for players as they'd then have to queue up all over again and they may not have even done anything to warrant it.

I would like to see people that i block to never appear in my games. Though it sounds good it can be used in a bad ways. Sometimes people just ignore toxic people ( had a game where Azir played good, but cursed everyone, wished a cancer and etc. in the end enemy team said he was good and did not reported him ). What i mean justice rarely happens and feels awful to meet those people again. It often happens in ranked, where cool head and focus is really important.
