My Olaf has no damage.

I played my Olaf today hoping to better learn Olaf I lost first blood to riven however I managed to kill her few times and managed 6/2 to her 2/6 and I have about 40 cs lead on her. We both rushed black cleaver and I managed to reached BC first. But after she managed to build BC I can't touched her anymore despite I had more armor. And it all went downhill after she finished hydra. I don't even scratch her after that.

I'm sitting down wondering where are my damage and what I did wrong

Because of recently moved back to Asia I play in garena.

Level E first to abuse the high bsae damage and then stack HP to scale. Olaf's W gives dmg based off health

Riven scales much harder with CDR than Olaf scales with any of the stats given by Black Cleaver. I'm not too familiar with that matchup, but you may have wanted to go for a different first item.
