HUD Changes on Passives

Rito, Theres a lot of things that the new HUD update needs. Champions with passive abilities is one of them. Even with ticks in the abilities, the icon is grayed out. I find myself upgrading my passive at level 4 because its grayed out. Please give it something so it is easier to distinguish a difference.
