Is voice chat planned to be permanent for premades or is it just an experiment leading to for all vc

Hopefully, it stays permanent for pre-made. If it goes Global VC- it wouldn't help league at all. Players would start getting lazy on pings, etc. Not counting the ongoing consistent issue with trolling, toxicity, etc. Global would be cool but atm in League, creating a Global Voice Chat would add one more problem to the many they're already trying to work through.
It should stay premade only.
Solo/duo.
Flex is another story as is.
They might make it for all, but they need to find a way to integrate it into the reports system. I think that would be the only thing stopping voice chat for all.
I really think that it will be permanent for premades unless some big issue makes them revert it.
I have not seen anything official one way or another - but I doubt personally it'll be made full-team voice communications, and especially not enemy comms.
It would open up so much more opportunity for abuse and trolling if it was full team, and it is virtually impossible to police it because it requires a human (machines cannot really parse audio that well).
This is a kind of unpopular opinion, but I think it should actually be a Global VC. When you can hear other peoples voices you can sympathize with more because you feel more of a human attachment to them. Overwatch is probably the prime example of a good voicechat system that helps the community, I haven't met too many toxic players when I play Overwatch on VC, but that might just be because the community is more kind.
Maybe in the future Riot should test it for awhile on PBE or live and see how it works out.
