How do i use azir?

You get really, really fucking good at micro-play.

You don't because hes in the gutter.

Try watching a guide on youtube because im not an expert. I can give you a few tips though.

1. Max q and use it in lane to poke the enemy
2. Shurima shuffle by using w, e,q so you dash to the soldier and when you are in mid air, you have the soldier dash (practice this a lot)
3. Only shurima shuffle to escape. Some people try to make flashy plays with him, but most of the time they end up dying. Only use shurima shuffle aggressively when you are more confident and understand what you are doing
4. In team fights, always make sure to stay safe and wait to use your ult for when an assassin is jumping on to you

What I do when I play azir is:

Just keep your ulti a one point-wonder, your main need is W+Q max, your ulti does set up some stuff/self-peel but you don't have to max it as much anymore because the reward just isn't worth it,

Rush hextech GLP->nashor->deathcap with shoes and haunting guise somewhere between, reason I like glp is the added slow which makes the nerfed rylai's even less appealing. After those grab void and torment. You have low defense with this build, so ulti is moreso used personally for self-peel rather than forcing yourself to dive then die. You play as safe as possible.

Runes should apparently be full AS except yellows which are hp per level+armor per level or flat I like 5x hp per level and 4x armor per level, and blues CDR per level x 6, AP per level x 3(You can also go all CDR per level blues)

I do feel azir is weak atm until an eventual rework comes, but this is pretty playable so far. I also like using attack-move for keeping just in the right range of soldier for attacks and safety, use your ulti when the situation calls for it but DO NOT force it to land, you're better off just maximizing your Q+W damage unless you really feel confident to pull off the shurima shuffle.

I am an oddball btw, I even go some matches sometimes without even putting a point into my E until level 7/12 if I feel I'll be safe enough with enough map awareness.

I do not force kills but just farm as much as possible while poking the enemy out of lane, only until level 7 I might try getting something with my jungler if not I just stay safe and farm up until nashor is completed. Only reason I'm so passive is I am still fearful azir is weak btw, if he gets a buff or you feel more comfortable you can ignore my playstyle tips.
