Jhin Bug (W Passive not falling off, stayed there for the entire game)

Played a game as Jhin, the mark that shows if an enemy is able to be rooted using his W remained on Sivir for the entire game. I noticed it was after she spell shielded my W the first time, she was rooted somehow, but the mark stayed there for the duration of the game, even after she had died.
