I don't know why, but for some strange reason Rakan is not that fun anymore. I really don't know what has changed. Maybe it's the 0.5 delay between ult and other spells. I'd like to know if there's anyone with the same feeling as I have.
He is different. I mean balanced. No longer he can aoe taunt 5 man in the blink of an eye. You actually have time to react now. Universe is better place now.
