Best sites for good builds ?

I always used mobafire, but heard that it wasn't really good for builds (i thought the million of views on some guides was serious).

I'm Silver (Gold soon), so i think i need a site where it's easy to follow what items to buy in what order without having to think about 10 different builds (just want the best builds that work).

I heard a lot of people use Probuilds, the problem is that i don't really understand how it works.

Thanks !!
