Yorick's vial of holy water

Like most of you, I've been reading about the Yorick's rework and something draw my attention.

It says that Yorick can decide to bring life back by using the vial of holy water around his neck on the champion insights, but this fact is not reflected on his kit. So I have been thinking about it and maybe could be a good idea if Riot uses this mechanic to bring Yorick into the new and fancy world of Support role.

I know nothing about game balancing or the math behind it but my personal idea is that this vial could be like Yorick's personal item like the black spear for Kalista or prototype hex core for viktor, but on a different way. The player could buy this vial every X minutes for a Y price or it could be bought anytime with only one charge increasing its price for every purchase... i don't know, but the main point of the vial would be reviving an ally.

I know that this may sound broken but think about it, it's on the lore and if Riot is able to balance this mechanic it could be fun to play with.
