Riot isn't furthering the improvements for players who don't have a high capability computer for LoL

Ever since the new client has been established and the legacy client being retired. The experience on league of legends for me has been slowly going downhill. I love this game so much and it's all I ever play when it comes to video games, I've supported Riot a lot through many other surveys, and of course purchasing skins and other products. Now I feel like no one is helping the players who are less fortunate such as myself, I don't have an amazing computer, not even an average laptop, but it at least got me 20 fps every game (starts out as 30 in the beginning of matches with all graphics lowest as possible, and nothing else on my laptop running in the background, and with high priority on the game using task manager), until the new client came out. Even with low spec mode and closing my client during games I just can't bare 20 to 4 fps progressively as the games grow longer. The client is significantly slower and I end up missing acceptance to games due to it not loading up on my screen. It takes forever for me to even accept an invite from my friend, my screen just remains stuck almost on the same frame. I imagine that there are so many other players out there that are experiencing the same issue, but no one says anything thing since they assume Riot will never see their message. I was one of those people until now, when I actually feel on the verge of quitting my time with league of legends; also, there is an issue with how the client opens up in my task manager. It shows two league of legends render clients .exe, when my other friends have only one. I just can't handle playing with this anymore and the experience seems like it'll only get worse for me. Please help and fix this.

Also, if anyone knows if there is more that I can do to improve my fps please, I BEG OF YOU, I'm more than happy to read your opinions thoroughly. I just want to play league of legends again without having to throw a lee sin q and only see the ending result of it hitting a target. I miss seeing it travel through the air how it should look for everyone :(

Get a job. Get a good computer finally. You got a job? Great save up. GOOD HIGH END computers that are double IF NOT triple the speeds of commercial store bought pc's are 500-600$. (Full tower and everything in it. Not including keyboard, mouse, screen, speakers.)

I appreciate the comment but that's a little ignorant don't you think? I just said how unfortunate other people could be, so don't you think I would have already thought of getting the job? It's not just easy like that. Consider the millions of circumstances other people live out in the world. I'm sure there are many people out there like me living the potato life on league and are unhappy with the new client just as I am as it continues to ruin my experience on League of Legends.

I play league for over 4 years now. Always on the same shitty computer. My computer is relaly bad, for example, I can't even play overwatch on it and skyrim is laggy as fuck in dungeons. League takes about 30 seconds to bring me into loading screen and another 1 - 2 minutes to load. I have 45 - 60 FPS on worst graphics and sometimes the fps drop to below 10. It's really bad and not as much fun as on expensive gaming pc's, but it's not riots fault. They're doing as much as they can to make it possible for everyone to play the game. Removing the legacy client was necessary to work on new features.

World is changing. New hardware is needed to play any new game today. If you can't keep up you can't play. Simple as that man.

Quick FYI: buying a new pc will probably help a bit, but tbh I have a great pc, but playing league with high fps. I have gtx 1080, i7-4770, 500gb ssd running about 800/800mbs, 24gb RAM and still I cant get average fps over 130-140 with uncapped and on medium. The difference between medium settings and high/ultra is barely vissible on my fps. I can play battlefield 1 with all maxed out with around 160+ fps average. In league my cpu and GPU only run about max 30% load with highest, and im only using small amounts of ram (compared to what i have). I think its a real problem. I can have 1 program other than league running or my fps will drop to about 120 avg. While in battlefield or most other high performance games I can have more than 1 other program open. And yes i´ve gone through the fps guide that RIOT made and stuff, but it really doesnt help that much. Right here about 1 hour ago I managed to get to about 240fps by turning off shadows and stuff, but once the minions spawned it went right back down to 130fps, so I turned up the specs and it kept around there. Why isent there an option to let League utilize my pc at its fullest. Also in teamfights i can go down to about 80fps sometimes. Im not posting this to be a total smartass bragging about my pc or anything, I'm just making a point that its a real problem, that League doesnt really do better on those better PC's

thanks for the comment man, really appreciate it, I didn't think even with that amazing of a computer u wuld still drop so many fps; that isn't right, and League (as in Riot Games) should be doing something to fix this, maybe a setting that allows our computers to identify league of legends program as a high priority and truly see a significant difference, unlike the high priority trick on task manager or that dumb razor cortex game booster. We need something that just works and for Riot to work with us, the players.
