Ranked Game placement issues (2016)

This is the first time I tried to post a discussion in this forum.

It was my third season of playing Ranked Game in League however, I just couldnt understand at all of what this system is made of or how people actually decided to ruin another player. I was playing ranked game for 2016, finished 10 placement games with 7 win/ 3 lose and yet I got in Bronze 4. Can people please help with the problems or if im misunderstood the new ranked system for placement, please do correct me.
