i have now played 12 games in a row trying to get to lvl 7 with lee sin. i have ganked all lanes oftan gotten kills alla across the map 18 assists 150 farm. gotten objectives dragons barons towers inhibs. but still and S- at best WHY RIOT!!!!

Yesterday I got 9/1/6 with 213 cs at 21min. I had 23k damage done, which was 12k over the second. I got an S, and the Cho'gath support, which had basically no gold earned and little damage, got S+. It makes no sense.
It's based on a comparison to average performance, not on overall performance.
150cs isnt that much in a 36 minute game. You didnt buy any pinkwards or destroy wards, that also is concidered.
It compares you to the other people that plays that same champ in that same position. In my experience overall gold and CS is the most important (getting 8+ cs per minute on a jungler is really important) if we add your your kda is easily an S+. You said 150 farm but you didn't say how long was the game you played. Getting all the towers (specially 1st blood tower) is critical. If you want really easy S's go Lee Sin adc with a friend on support and get a decent kda and farm as most people that plays that are most likely going to feed. (DON'T DO THIS IN RANKED). Again, farm and overall gold is more important tan getting +20 kills a game.
Because atm, Lee is more broken than Ezreal, with Transcendence Stacked Black Cleavers. Too many Lees are getting that kind of score.
It means other people have done better than that to get the S. You have to do better than them.
