Ranked system problem for bronze/silver player

I can't stand this game anymore.I carry all games have scores like 5/0/5 or 10/2/5 and still my team is really really bad.I really can't stand this.If a teammate is afk because he is really bad why do I get the lose ? Is it fair ? No,it isn't.In Vainglory if a teamate dc's or plays really bad,your team doesn't get the -LP.Now I am not comparing LOL with Vainglory.But I say that their system is a lot better.I am bronze on my smurf because I let my brother play the placements.And now I am trying to get to Gold 5. But I can't because my teammates are all bad.Please,I really need someone to calm me down.This is really not correct.

Git gud a good player will always climb now depending on your luck it might take shorter but if you play like a gold 5 player you will climb simple as that

2 things:

You just admitted to account sharing with your brother which is against the ToS.
If you are gold, unless you are fighting over gold/higher smurfs you should easily be able to carry most games in Bronze.
