Pre-Season FPS Issues

I would usually get 220-160 fps the entire game, but since preseason patch I now get 190-ish at the beginning of games down to 60 to even 40 in some places after 15-20 minutes. I don't see how runes or anything could have done this.

I'm experiencing something like that. I used to get 140 fps, which I actually still do, but as soon as the timer gets to the 20-30 min mark I get random drops. The fps even goes down to 40... It's pretty annoying tbh.
