What if TF had a bonus AD ratio on his Q?

So I know what you're thinking. Let me explain.

I just came back after a year of absence and started a new account, to go along with the new start. I needed to buy new champions of course, so I went to LoL-wiki to look at all the different champion profiles. I also looked at TF's one:

http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Twisted_Fate

What I noticed at first was pretty weird, because he didn't only have AP synergies like you would expect, but also on-hit and AD synergies with his E. I vaguely remember some crazy people playing AD TF a long time ago and I always wondered what that was about.

As you can see, his E gives him bonus on-hit with magic scaling on every 4th auto attack aswell as a static attack speed boost. Even better, this can be enhanced greatly - every Guinsoo's auto attack counts as 2 auto attacks and all 3 Runaan's shots combined should count as 3 auto attacks towards his E, which could be pretty awesome, if you combine it with the kiting potential of his W stun card.

I like the idea of this build but I feel like there isn't really enough to make it viable. If you look at Kog'Maw for example, who also has an AP and an on-hit build, all of his abilities have at least some synergy with the respective build, AP Kog at least has that AP ratio on his W which could get very interesting with something like Nashor's.

AD on-hit TF on the other hand pretty much only has 3 abilities, because his Q is pretty much useless to him with it's rather mediocre base damage and no AD ratio at all. I feel like that is pretty much the reason why this whole build might not really work and why no one plays it anymore.

If you were to put a bonus AD ratio on it instead of a total AD ratio, there is also no concern about it accidentally buffing AP TF, because he doesn't build any bonus AD. Maybe Gunblade or that one mastery that gives you bonus AD and AP but that's about it.

I also understand that there is literally no reason from a gameplay balance perspective to do this at all. It's not something that the game necessarily needs. My main argument is pretty much "Wouldn't it be pretty cool if they did this?". Just adding some little ratios here and there to enable some more builds to make the game more diverse.

Let me know what you think.

they put a tiny ad ratio on rek w-q , that might as well not even be there... at almost 400 ad still did less then 150 dmg...
