Masters in Gold Ranked Games. Suggestion for improvement of Ranked.

I think it is completely and utterly unfair to be in Gold rank and to be matched against master players IN RANKED. Were talking about the only way to climb up here is to get Shat on by pros and having to wait for a 20 minute game to end because we again CANT LEAVE OR AFK FOR SOME REASON WITHOUT A BAN.

Is it SO HARD to increase skin rewards for higher levels and make Rank floors so everyone else wouldn't have to face Diamond/ Master/ Challenger ranks? I mean Hearthstone does it and it works. They had an increase in newer players every since they implemented this.

And you may be thinking. "Why don't you play normals then". WELL GUESS WHAT in my normals it's even worse. Almost every game is skewed in my enemy team's favor because apparently i have a High Plat/ Diamond MMR. I don't even have a 50% win rate in normals anymore but I get matched like I do.

You tell me Riot Team if your listening, where is the fair matchmaking? You sold it for faster que times, Is that what you did??? Who the hell wanted faster que times in first place? NOONE that's who.

Riot Gameplay and Balancing Team get your shat together. It's been years that you've been promising better gameplay. And if you can't deliver- just quit. Because anyone with an IQ of at least 100 can do your job way better than you. This i guarantee.
